Entry/ bib transfer

Official stance is no transfer. Although you will see people selling bibs on various online sites.

If you have missed registering for an event, I'd recommend looking for a charity slot if you really want to run it. If you're asking because you registered and now injured or can't go, then check the new deferral policies. They have done a lot better job of allowing deferrals to the same race in the following year, albeit with a small fee.

What kind of transfer do you want to do? The only kind they allow is if you are signed up for one race - say the marathon and realize you can't do it, you have by a certain date (based on availability of course) to transfer to the half or 10k for that same race weekend.

Transferring the bib to another person is a no go:
"All races are non-transferable from participant to participant"

I registered for the glass slipper challenge in feb. but due to changes with family stuff I am unable to attend so I wanted to see how I could transfer or defer

People are using the runDisney facebook page to find people who want to buy their entry. If you couldn't actually go to pick up the bib you would have to give a lot of personal info to the person who would be picking up your bib through a waiver.

It doesn't look like they are currently offering deferrals for Glass Slipper/PHM. Some folks have had luck using the deferral process for this years ToT race but it does not appear to be an option for your situation. It actually appears that none of the 2014 races have a deferral option, maybe they are doing away with them?

I'd email or call them but I'd wait till atleast Wed/Thurs of next week since its race weekend for Disneyland so me thinks the staff will be a tad busy

I have been through the deferral process. I was registered for the 2013 WDW Half and then got injured. I called and they told me the deferral process and sent me an email with instructions. I was able to defer to any race within one year of the one I had been registered. I had to pay a $35 fee to do it, but it was well worth it being that the alternative was to forfit the entry fee. It's not a process that they generally advertise, but it is there.
