1. What are the dining options during evening EMH at EPCOT?
2. Are Fast Passes distributed during EMH?

No, they are not distributed during EMH ... additionally, you may not use FPs you've collected throughout the day during EMH (i.e. Disney allows you to come back anytime past your FP window that day to experience the attraction, but this is not the case in EMH).

I've wondered that myself... I didn't know if they'd let you use a fastpass during EMH that you already obtained!

I went last sunday night for EMH at the Magic Kingdom. EMH was from 12am - 3am and the longest line was 15 minutes for Peter Pan's Flight just after midnight. They were distributing fastpasses for the ride that night with a return time after 1am. There was no need to bother with fastpasses as by 1am almost every ride was just walk on with no wait.

Maybe things at EPCOT are different, but I was sat HS in February for EMH, and as soon as EMH started, they were distributing Fast Passes for all the headliners again with return times of during the EMH. We got some for Rock 'n' Rollercoaster.

Yea, it's annoyingly inconsistent. The general rule is no FP during EMH, but it varies by park and day -

AK & EPCOT - Will not break this rule 99.99% of the time.
MK & DHS - Hit or miss. Will break this rule close to half of the time.

I would expect there to not be FP, do not save any FPs for use during EMH, and then be pleasantly surprised.

last year Ak gave out fps for EE during EMH (evening)

I remember because my daughter took over 15mins to get them
