Might i suggest a direct letter to Meg Crofton? I had an incident from 2 years ago and we wrote her and it was handled to my satisfaction.


I find that worked better than email.

Well I got a phone call just now from Disney World. They are going to send me a $50 gift card to cover the meal ($47). Im fine with that. It's more than I expected. I normally do not complain but this was a little bit much for us.

We had an issue with being attacked by fruit flies last July at Kona at the Poly. It was disgusting. We had them diving into our potatos, etc. I sent an email and got a very nice call from someone in the executive offices. They send us gift cards for the entire amount of our dinner. In all the years of going to WDW I had never experienced anything like that.

LOL . . . I never thought of taking pics! It gives me chills just thinking about it. I also emailed the Orange County Health Department. Probably why I got that nice call and the gift cards.
