Any picture that you want to include in your post MUST be hosted somewhere on the internet (not merely a resident on your hard drive (unless you ARE a server.)) I generally use the WDWMagic Photo Albums.
You will need to get the URL address of the picture that you want to post.
The URL of the picture can be found by right clicking the picture and selecting properties. Copy it now, by highlighting and hitting Ctrl “C”.
You also will need to look at the bottom of the page to see if IMG is on or off.
The imaging code is turned [b]OFF[/b] in General Discussion and Tech Support and others.
I believe that it's [b]ON[/b] in News and Rumours, Trip Reports and Chit Chat and others.
Different forums have this turned [b]ON[/b] or [b]OFF[/b].
Look all the way down at [b]POSTING RULES[/b] in each forum to know if it's [b]ON[/b] or [b]OFF[/b].
Any member of any level can post photos in any forum that has [IMG] turned [b]ON[/b].
When you are posting a new thread or a reply to an existing thread, look for the little icon that looks like a mountain [img] http://forums.wdwmagic.com/images/editor/insertimage.gif
( - that will open up another window where you can post the URL of the photo that you want to post.)
Copy and paste the address (URL) from properties to the post.
(Since you’ve already copied it, hit Ctrl “V” to paste it in the popup window.)
Be sure to take out the extra http:// by hitting backspace that will be included in the pop-up window using this method.

Yeah I saw the construction office trailers set up but I just wanted to be 100% legit and not start treouble. i cant weit I will always like epcot but not its an hour away fom me. I hope its perminite and i hope the lagoon of nations holds a wet design display.

it will probaly be like what epcot used to be and hopefully influence epcot and epcot would probally have influence on the worlds fair to. Maby they will inherit Reflections of earth when epcot gets skydance.

It has been. Work and tests were done but shelved. ROE is now bing assessed and hopefully in that, restored, so it will last longer.
Fine by me...I LOVE RoE.

Skydance was supposed to harken back to a older type of Illumi. Sections for all the pavilions. Very heavy on smoke and lasers, and that's where issues came in...the smoke.
It might have reused the Earth Barge and the Inferno Barge. More the former than the latter.
All I really know...on this version of it. If it's ever picked up again by WDE it might be very different. There were many, many concepts for it.
RoE should stick around for a while though..
I'm thrilled to be honest....It's perfect in my eyes. Hopefully they will continue to plus it, and add to it.

Honestly...If they are keeping ROE around, that's great ....I would just like to see some things tweaked in it. Not Maint, that should be a given...but premiering a revamped version with the same music, but new tech and lighting, especially in Space, Life and Adventure. They could easily have the Pavilions light up one at a time then.:shrug:

I always thought an enhanced pavilion chase scene would work well for Celebration as a more noticable and impressive effect to make the pavilions "dance." A bit of dancing in Adventure would work as well.
Personally, I would like to see them change out the pavilion lights. LEDs would be great. Who knows? The strobes on the globe are back (which no one thought would happen), so maybe further investment will be taking place in the coming years.

Ah, I'd forgotten about that; good point. Its just that for Space, I think it'd be better to have the pavilions silent. I think some small pyro effects would be more appropriate in that area. :shrug:

Yes, adding some small pyro effects can only help.
And that's what they used to. Pav Lights would remain on until the post show BGM (IASW- believe it or not!) would shut off. Lasers were still going on SSE, too.
It was nice.

I personally am not so shure about the name and think it is a cover up name for the next show and they just dont want to reveal it and suprise everyone but there do for a change I wouldnt even mind them having the same show and just change the music and twist around the effects like Illiminations 25 A and 25 B.

I designed a whole new Reflections of earth no computer graphics just combined some music and wrote out ideas like they would have holograms as the earth is making its way out and only the outline of is is showing glowing in green and the blue max (main title) which I found looking for the soarin music will play then it stops and as the music stops it gets dark then the sparkly lights blink and the earth flikers as the soarin music revs up then out of nowhere the images turn on as the main line of the music starts and the images show and after that the music changes into another song calld a thousand small gold bells the end part where the auchistra kicks in replacing the break beween the globe part and the celebration part. The show will start out with the rocketeer used on the fountain replacing caos but stops where the song suts off and changes than that second part would end the show the earth opens the firworks shoot off then its time to watch the fountain one more time. There would be 8 maci barges 2 cherry balmd barges the infero barge and the earth. The barge with the holograms and the fountain will be set so so that washes out so the earth will show when the images come up but not to mutch so the fountains on the left and the right will show because that light isnt directly behind it. It is a mix between the early 90s illuminations with the reflections of earth story line and the globe. Noone stael my idea I have proof its MINE!!!!!!!!! LOL. I am watching you Dorcy. I have new innoventions designs to. I do not work for epcot but i want to in the near future possably. So what you thinks confusing???? or kinda get it.

I remember when all the countrys had their owm little individual show but that cuts out so mutch of the show but they could have more lasers and more effects thruought the show. They should have the effects shange gradually and them on all at the same time going along with the show in the middle of the lake look at my post and where the globe comes out the buildings should blink and change colors but I doubt my vershion of reflections of earth would ever be used. If you are thinking of the strobes on the globe in the old illuminations that wasnt the globe that was the laser barge and it was a mini replica of spaceship earth that had images projected on it. I remember watching the light show eating the dezerts from norway wating for the firewors and honestly that begining light show holds so many clear memories and thats is one of the main reasons i miss that part. I was 4 or five and I still remember the buildings lighting up and i actrualey thought we were looking at actrual countrys lighting up.

I just want it because its the closest thing to epcot. I red an artical that some mayor for that aria was working towards rebuilding the worlds fair if he is realected eather he needs more time or he just wants to be elected again. It seemed legit to me. It is no longer posted or at least I cant find it anymore. They said the information would be released 2009 and so far nothing on the news.
