Yeah, my favorite part is the 1st little curve infront of the Temple with the fog. I always wave at the people enjoying their meals.

Call me crazy but I still realy enjoy El Rio. Part of it is because it reminds me of the 80's Epcot and another big part of it is the music. And I sure as heck like it better than Shortstrom.....I mean Maelstrom.

With that said, I honestly wouldn't be that disapointed if it was completely overhauled in the near future. Now as far as O' Canada and Impressions de France go, I wish they would keep the current versions in there forever :)

I planned my WHOLE vacation around this ONE ride and you're telling me it's closed?! I spent $5000 on this vacation and you're telling me El Rio Del Tiempo is closed?! What are you gonna do for me now that my entire vacation is ruined? :mad:

Ooops!... wait.. nevermind.. that was TT... :p

Probably just routine cleaning and maint. work. :)

I agree. Disney seems to want to kill cheesy now, even though it's run by a mouse!

I really think this is one of those rides that needs a complete overhaul to make it more respectable. The beginning is FANTASTIC but once you get through that fog... :hurl:
