I guess if you think about it, it might be an attempt at consistency. You have Disneyland right across the way. No one would ever call it Disney's Land. Likewise in Florida, it's Walt Disney World...no possessive. Those are so established they sound exactly right. Disney's World would just sound awkward.
It still sounds strange at DCA, though. It will be interesting to see if Animal Kingdom has a similar change.
According to the late Jack Kinney (long time animator at the Walt Disney Studios way back in the day) in his book "Walt Disney and Assorted Other Characters," they called their jobs "working at Disney's."
