Well.. it was just reported on Micechat that Rick Ross is taking over for D*ck Cook.

according to Disney's website, he was President of the Disney Channel.. Ugh. The Disney Channel has been in the toilet for years.. This isn't good news for the Studios :(
Rich Ross is President, Disney Channels Worldwide, which is part of the Disney ABC Television Group, a division of The Walt Disney Company. He was promoted to this role in April 2004.

I guess now we have to look forward to Hannah Montana: The Movie Part 2 and High School Musical Part 14. Joy!

But despite his success in television, Ross has virtually no experience in feature films
Wonderful..

It MIGHT be that they were fired, but we have nothing to back that up. The most official thing we heard was that they resigned.
The flaw in your sentence is "official". The "official" line is leaving for x reason.
The true reason is often different. Such was the case with these Disney execs. Fired...all of them.

Problem is, Rasulo can just produce another one out his endless supply of yes-men and puppets.

The saga continues....

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Universal Studios on Monday replaced two of its top movie executives in an apparent effort to reverse the box-office slump that has dropped it from fourth to sixth place among the six major Hollywood studios.
Universal Studios President and Chief Operating Officer Ron Meyer said Universal Pictures co-chairs Marc Shmuger and David Linde were stepping down.

This has nothing to do with the termination of a P&R executive

You want to talk film then you should go to the film board

Yes, but do we know if they need to spend more time with their family?

I like that one, I'll have to use that if I am ever unceremoniously fired. :ROFLOL:
