Easter on the cruise...

So my daughter just pointed out to me that Easter Sunday falls on March 31st this year. Well we will be happily enjoying our first Disney cruise that day. Does anyone know if they will do any special egg hunts on the cruise that day or will it be treated as just a regular day?

I guess my question really is do I need to pack 50 plastic eggs in my suitcase to hide around my stateroom or should I just trust that "The Easter Bunny" will find us floating in the gulf.

I will bring some tiny little Easter baskets for them, but being on a Disney Cruise is a pretty awesome gift so I don't really feel the need to over do that. But they really do love the egg hunting...

Lol! Don't pack 50 eggs! Well you could, but you probably don't need to.
Disney traditionally holds some kind of special Easter activities. The Easter Bunny usually shows up, egg hunts in the kid's clubs, church services, etc. :)

My family was happily enjoying our first Disney cruise on Christmas day in '01. Every stateroom got cookies to leave out for Santa on Christmas Eve, Mr.s Claus read "The Night Before Christmas" for the kids, and there was a fun show in the Atrium on Christmas day where "Santa" Goofy made an appearance and it snowed.

So while I don't know what specific activities will be included on Easter, I'm fairly confident that it will NOT be "treated as just a regular day". :)
