This picture reminds me just how good the recent CoP paintjob is. It reads like an aesthetical study of vintage TL. It distilled four of the constituting elements of vintage TL: the colour scheme, the Tomorrowland angle, the WedWay arch, and the hexagon. And then managed to make a modern design out of these. Pleasing to the eyes in its own right, and a hommage to and continuation of 1970's TL.And, the capped off central Wedway bridge to Flight to the Moon. The southern one was not capped, and the bridge out of Mickeys Mart (now Startraders) had a false wall flush with the building wall.

A product of a nearly forgotten WED art: to study, understand and then repackage existing design and architecture. That is what once was understood with 'to make something Disney'.
Truly a remarkable piece of work, worthy of the great artistry of WED in its finest days.
