DVC resort reservation ??

...because I'm certain some of you will know. I have faith. :animwink: And I don't have time to do a search & sift for the answer so anyone who wants to flame for this transgression, glad to have made your day.

The Question:

I'm not a DVC member. We were wondering if we booked a room-only at saaaay...Beach Club Villas...for a week paying whatever the nightly rate is would we get a visit from mousekeeping every day just like any other non-DVC resort? Is the every-so-many-days mousekeeping for just DVC members staying on their points? Having a washer & dryer would be a Godsend but I also like the fresh feeling of coming in to a made bed every afternoon, too.

Yes. If you book a villa using cash, not vacation points, you will receive daily mousekeeping as per usual. Only guests staying on DVC points have the less frequent cleanings.

It is my understanding that if you pay cash for a DVC room you will get daily mousekeeping. If you rent DVC points from another member you will not.

Cool beans! Yep. I'm a have-my-cake-and-eat-it-too girl. The in-unit laundry would be lovely along with mousekeeping so the momma get's to feel a little spoiled (beds made, fresh towels magically appear). Thanks muchly! :sohappy:
