DVC resale prices affected by the current situation ?

Wow and after all was said and done we bought our Grand Californian direct at around $85 per point when we bought in.

Yeah, everything for $90 had at least 250+ points a year. Also, most of the contract points were used in the next couple of years. It seems like bigger point contracts are usually in the 90-95 range (at least right now).

That’s pretty much true for the larger contracts, as most people don’t want to buy that many points, so sellers have no choice but to go lower.

Yeah, exactly. That’s why I was shocked we got a decent price for a smaller contract. It’s crazy how much Disney tries to sell these contracts for. We talked to Disney directly and they had a Boulder Ridge resell for 187 a point. Which is crazy.
