Yes and I believe they will get some gifts also at the meeting.

Yes, it is for everyone in your party. I even got the hat for my friend who did not come along. They asked how many were in my party and gave me two heads even though I was on my own.

I also wanted to say, that the thing you want to look out for is the Member Celebration. There are numerous DVC group presentations for possible new members. Those seem to be nice, too. But I think the one for members has nicer stuff?

Also totally forgot to mention that there is a raffle for some prices, especially some onboard credit. And it would not hurt to have thought of a magical DVC story and then not be shy to tell it...

I just came back from a three nighter. They had a presentation on embarkation day and one other. As everyone else has said, I paid cash and made no mention of my status. There was a magnet on the door and lanyards in the stateroom. The Mouse knows.

In addition to everything the other posters said, we got light up bracelets at the DVC desk. They are very cool, and we used them on our next trip to the parks. The presentation was just that - a low key sales pitch. In the past they played a trivia game, but now everyone has a chance to win a prize, plus get all the free goodies.
