DVC Member and 7 day Cruise

My wife and I are going on a 7 day cruise in September. We booked it way before we became DVC members. I had heard on cruises they sometimes have events for members and wanted to see what i needed to do to be included.

You should get a welcome letter from them the first night. If you don't, stop by the DVC desk and make sure they have you listed. You'll get some little gifts and an invite to a members only reception.

They must have mixed up staterooms. Our friends kept getting our gifts until we got it straightened out.

I think that you're right. We got the invitation to the DVC "welcome home" party and everything. I was hoping they would include some bonus points for each person in the stateroom. . . then I might have signed up!

I do! They're still packing! They surprised us this morning and said they were doing all the packing in one day! We were not ready for that! But we think we got out everything we need and now we are just trying to stay out of their way!
