Well, considering how short Dumbo is - shorter than Jiminy Cricket, unless we're hiring Kenny Baker from Star Wars fame, Timothy probably wont happen.

Timothy has brown skin and wears the red and gold circus outfit, so no one could possible mistake him for Mickey.
Maybe this Dumbo is an attempt at synergy in the company and he got an Extreme Makeover.

Was Dumbo by himself? Or were any other fantasyland characters (Ie. Tweedle Dee and Dum) out there with him on set? I forget, Can Dumbo sign autographs?
It will be curious to see when Cinderella's Surprise Celebration goes down for transition into the new show, how they will disperse the characters that used to visit after the show. I'm guessing they'll keep them in the same proximity.

Gracias, senior. With all do seriousness, Dumbo is one of the smallest characters ive ever seen. He's shorter than Mickey.... cuz he's a Baby, of course.
I still think that the only reason he's out is to appease the kids who cannot get to ride the attraction. There's a Dumbo car outside the wall for people to sit and and get their picture.
