If you look closely, the arrow points to a side door next to the drive thru...
It's not exactly safe, being on the side of the building with the drive thru -- you'd have to cross two lanes of traffic full of hungry chicken-fanciers -- but here's hoping they have another arrow on the other side of the building pointing the safe way using the sidewalk around the front.

Agreed. It's supposed to be pointing to the entrance for online order pickups, which apparently requires you to cross in front of two lanes of cars, but I can more than see cars going the wrong way because of it.
