Charge an additional 40 dollars to serve them
hot chocolate and hersheys bars!

This just reminded me of the Cast Member preview of the Christmas parade last year.

We got to see it at midnight a few days before it debuted- and they served hot chocolate and candy canes. But not the powdered garbage they serve to the guests- that hot chocolate must have been made from the finest of cocoa beans by the chefs at Club 33 or something. It was absolutely delightful. Nothing like curb viewing for A Christmas Fantasy Parade- but without the hordes of crowds surrounding you. At midnight when the park is closed. After which we got to see them run the new Holiday Castle light show thing they do.

Better times- that whole experience seems absolutely surreal given how quickly things have gone south since.

I haven't left the house for fun since March, so I am starting to seriously consider this. It appeals to me a lot more than the Knott's food events.

Six Flags Magic Mountain Christmas lights extended through late January while other theme parks close – Orange County Register (ocregister.com)

>>Six Flags Magic Mountain plans to expand its once-in-a-lifetime drive-thru holiday lights event for a second time while rival theme parks are forced to close their gates because of the Southern California stay-at-home order issued by the state.

Six Flags Magic Mountain will extend the popular Holiday in the Park Drive-Thru Experience through Jan. 31 on select dates.

“Our Six Flags Holiday in the Park Drive-Thru Experience will remain open as scheduled,” Six Flags officials said in a statement. “The health and safety of our guests and employees are our top priority, and like other local public venues, we continue to monitor the situation and follow guidance from the state and county officials.”<<

Its just like when Taco Bell won the franchise war in Demolition Man. Soon every theme park will be called Six Flags.
Scary how accurate Demolition Man predicted the future. Only Taco Bell survived cause the rest went out of business during lockdowns. They came up with the three shells cause of the toilet paper shortage. And only criminals had gas powered cars because they were outlawed.

The moment The French Laundry hires a piano player with a manbun to play The Jolly Green Giant jingle to entertain Gavin and First Partner over a $150 upcharged pasta course is when we know it's too late.
