Still no talking heads

Was at the MK on Tuesday and on the way to our PS at LTT, we caught the ending of the last show (5:40) for Dream Along with Mickey. They were still using the standard character heads.. no articulation. Has anyone figured out what's going on with it or if they will be bringing this tech back? From the video's it looked pretty awesome..

The heads were out for a bit but have been restored. They were using them this week in rehearsals & for shows.
