Man that was a great ride! I wish it stuck around a little longer to get the Nemo overlay them there would be no need for Nemo in EPCOT!

Coool Pic! I remember riding it, and I miss it. I also miss Mr. Toads Wild Ride, the train at the end always got me! They sort of re-inserted that scare tactic with the dump truck on Test Track. :animwink:

Mr. Toad's Wile Ride was great! A friend of mine didn't go to MK until after it was gone, it's so hard to explain to her what she is missing. Oh yeah, 20k was a good ride too, but I definitely preferred Mr. Toad's Wild Ride!

Google search does. There are plenty out there.

Thanks for the links!

:(Sad to see the subs and lagoon gone  I would have loved to ride the MK version. It looks like the load and unload is a very efficient one compared to the DL one. Im happy the DL Subs and lagoon didnt see the same outcome.

I hate looking at pics like that, I was never able to ride 20K and I am pretty angry about that. I have read about as much as I could and seen all the pics I could find and I am upset that I was never able to experience it in person. My first trip was in 2001 and I didnt even know it existed at the time, even though it was right there in front of me not operational.

I only had one opportunity to ride 20,000 Leagues, on my first visit in 1994, and I missed it. The line was WAY too long to bother with it, so I spent most of the evening riding Haunted Mansion over and over again.

At least I got to see the subs cruising the lagoon, and got to inhale their overpowering diesel smell before they went away.

:)
