when i was young, my family used to go almost every year, so i have grown up loving dianey. alex on the other hand only went a couple of times when he was younger and always stayed off-site. for our college graduation in 2003 my parents took us and we stayed all star sports, so that was alex's first taste of staying on-site (where he discovered that he doesn't like the buses). for our honeymoon in april we stayed at poly for a week and now he doesn't want to saty anywhere but the 3 monorail resorts!!!!!! while he doesn't love it like i do, he has never thought of complaing about any of the future trips i have planned for us. he says "i know you love it and i like the food and some of the rides, so it's ok" and that is just fine with me. while on our honeymoon, he did tell me that he can't wait to bring our kids someday he said that is one of the things he loves about disney. seeing all the kids having fun. what a sweet heart

My DH loves Disney but not as much as me. He likes seeing me get all excited first and then loves watching our kids enjoy Disney. So I guess I am lucky.:sohappy:
My husband is the same way.

He didn't used to like Disney, but then we took a trip together, just the two of us, and saw how much I love it.

He's definitely not as obsessed as I am, but he does ask me on a daily basis what rumors are floating around here and he gets excited about potential trips that we plan.

We now will be going back on our honeymoon in 30 days. I hope that she will always share in my enthusiasm and will pass it along to our children (when we have some).....

Be careful! That pixie dust is some pretty strong magic! After three children (one conceived at Disney, and one who made his impending arrival known while on another Disney trip) I was afraid to go back last year!!!!!

Best wishes to you and your fiance on your upcoming matrimonial... I can't think of a better place to honeymoon! :)

My DW loves Disney, but she's not into it as much as I am. I come home almost everyday to tell her what's new at the World. The nice part is she always listens to all my babbling. No wonder I love her so much!

Another nice thing is that her father lives in Tampa which makes it very convenient for the pop over to Disney. :) The only bad part is after our honeymoon at the GF, I'm totally addicted to monorail resorts.

My g/f enjoys Disney, but does not love it as much as I do...

Around a few weeks before the trip, I get so excited that she gets sick of WDW.

As of right now, she cannot be in the same room as me when I am on the computer, (usually on this website)

She thinks I am "out of control"...

But we're all mad here....

I'm mad...you're mad....we're all mad....

My wife is a huge Disney fan and has been there 9-10 times. I was only there once in 1981 when I was 6 years old. However, I was always a fan of Disney in general. I even hung an Aladdin poster in my dorm room my freshman year of college when other kids had athletes and girls. But, I never got to go visit the parks. Just didn't think I'd like it or I was too grown up for it. I should've known I'd like it, since I'm a huge kid. I collect toys and own all the Disney movies.

So, last year we went with our almost 2 year old daughter and I fell in love with the place. I am now even more Disney obsessed and my wife is still a huge fan. Now, our daughter (almost 3 yrs.) is as much obsessed as we are. She has tons of Princess toys and watches Disney movies all the time. The one thing she likes to watch the most is the video of our Disney vacation last year. We are going again next month and I can't wait. Our second child is on the way, so I bet he/she will be just as obsessed. I see a Disney vacation every year from now on through our timeshare.

It is one of the truly "magical" places on this earth. :D

My wife enjoys WDW, and Disney in general, but it's pretty tough to compare to people like us. She tolerates my rambling for a while, but does tire easily.

She doesn't even get remotely interested in watching the hours of attraction movies, or the days of attraction audio that I have in my possession. She groaned when I plugged the iPod into the car stereo the other day because the first 4 tracks were all Disney. Mind you, the kids think it's pretty cool...

Then again, my wife doesn't do anything to discourage me. In fact, she feeds the fire pretty well. Last year at Christmas, for my birthday, she gave me the 5 CD collection of Disneyland's attraction audio.

And just as importantly, she doesn't discourage me from getting the kids into it. My daughter, at 7, is shaping into a Disney fiend as well. Whether it's watching attraction videos, DVDs or playing that Magic Kingdom board game, she's into it.

I am so lucky that my DH loves it as much or more than I do. It's a huge part of our relationship. When I first met him he had never been so I took him to Disneyland and by the second day he was hooked. Now that he's been to WDW a few times he's completely obsessed. I can't imagine not having this to share with him. It is our passion. We've both made a lot of sacrifices in order to take our yearly trips. Without his full support I know they would never happen.

Oh yes, my husband is a bigtime Disney fan. Perhaps, not quite as much as me, but pretty darn close. He lets me do the planning, but we both make sacrifices to get the kids to WDW on a regular basis.

My wife likes Disney movies, but its been so long since she's been to WDW that its faded into a fuzzy childhood memory for her. I hope that a trip will bring her around.

My wife loves Disney! We both have a passion for it, however she can survive in between visits staying in the dark with what's going on at the World. Myself on the other hand, I have to check this site a few times a day.

We are very lucky to have each other!:)
