Does Rockin' Roller Coaster Have Any Drops in it?

I can absolutely, positively, without a doubt, assure you that Superman in Holland (the photo) IS AN EXACT CLONE of RnRC.

The reason for the differences in the photos is simply the angle.

Any park can by that track, but Disney holds the copyright on the themeing. Same deal as with Primevil Whirl.

I know it's been said before...but I'll second it...

Rockin' Roller Coaster's Track is the exact same asthe superman ride in Six Flags Holland.:)

Disney had Vekoma design the track (Disney usually doesn't design the roller coaster track layout, however, they do design the theming).

If Disney designed the track, it'd be one huge hidden mickey ;)

I read the site, and I see that they are the same. It just doesn't look it...I don't see where a lot of those big turns and upside down things are...but I guess I'm wrong.

For sure the posted picture and the image of RnRc do NOT match. Just look at the first loop. The one that is NOT RnRc has a 'corkscrew' on the top of it, while the RnRc has a cobra roll(?).

RNRC does NOT have a cobra roll. A cobra roll sends you back the way you came, like Hulk. It has a "rollover loop" which sends you in the direction you were going when you entered the element.
The two coasters ARE identical.

Here is a shot of the rollover loop under construction:

Compare these shots. They make it easier to compare.

The RnR and the coaster pictured here are identicle. Let me try to explain the loop on the RnR in easier terms.

Take a regular loop (tear drop) and a corkscrew loop and split them both in half at the point where they are upside down. We will call the part going into the loop Part #1 and the part coming out of the loop Part #2. Now take Part #1 of the tear drop loop, add to it Part #2 of the corkscrew loop. Now add to it Part #1 of the corkscrew and Part #2 of the tear drop. This is the first inversion (actually 2 inversions) of RnR. If you have RCT, this is easy to see. In RCT you can make this inversion the same way. If you look at it from the side it kind of looks like a heart.

Since Rockin' Roller Coaster takes place in the dark, it's hard to understand what you are actually riding. If you were to turn on the lights you would see that all the elements match exactly. As for the inversions, you'll notice that they are exactly the same. The first two occur in the rollover loop, while the third is the corkscrew that occurs in the middle of the ride.

I thought there was only two loops on RNR. The one at the very beginning and then the corkscrew in the middle of the ride. Where is the third loop?

The first "loop" is counted as two because you go upside down at the top of the inversion, and then you flip over again exiting the inversion at the top.... understand? :D

Btw, Raven, I could never make this on RCT2 because the corkscrew roller coaster doesn't have a fast enough launch anymore... and well, I just don't know how the ride goes, lol.

Rock n rollercoaster actually does have a decent sized drop in it, as well as 3 loops and 2 corkscrews BUT I found it hard to believe because you don't feel it AT ALL. I was terrified to ride this but my friend made me go on it and I'm glad she did. It is now my new favorite ride! My eyes were closed the whole time so I had no idea we were going upside down, until I opened my eyes and saw the track beneath me XD!!! It was not scary in the least bit, in fact I probably could fall asleep on that ride. It was so smooth and fun! Trust me, I'm a complete wimp when it comes to roller coasters, I hate the feeling of going upside down and I don't enjoy big drops, Space Mountain in my opinion was worse than RNRC because you can feel the drops. I still don't even believe that there is a drop in RNRC XD

Nope, it's the worlds only roller-coaster that just travels in a straight, level line from beginning to end. Not terribly exciting, but, it has an interesting queue once you get inside. Problem is you will more then likely celebrate a birthday while you wait to get in.

It is considered a hypercoaster. It is launched by reversing polarity of magnets. It goes 0-60+ in 2-3 seconds. There are loops, but due to the speed they are not that noticeable.
