Perhaps a replacement for the Diamond Horseshoe? The Diamond Horseshoe never fit into Liberty Square anyway.
That's because Diamond Horseshoe is in Frontierland, not Liberty Square.

(Not trying to be a jerk, just pointing it out)

Nope, it's not across the Frontierland bridge yet. ;)

It IS in Liberty Square. That entire shoreline was designed as a transition between the two lands. As you walk towards Splash Mountain, you move forward in time into more Western style facades. So I can see why you'd think that, no harm done though. :)

And you're right, a ride wouldn't fit there. But an attraction would!

Please no ride !!!
or meet-n-greet :brick: LOL

I agree I would much rather see a new IJ Ride, but I don't think it will take away from DAK. I believe it's getting more attention now. That means more quality rides, I hope.

I loved the movie. I don't see a big ride for it... However, Liberty Square needs something more than Hall of Presidents, the Riverboat and the Haunted Mansion. It would fit into Liberty Square. The question would be where to put it though.

I always thought that a Revolutionary War dark ride would fit in great in Liberty Square. (Something along the lines of PotC)

Well... its probably now too late for this, as it would have been a better tie-in for the movie opening...

But, they could have done a treasure hunt around Liberty Square.... I know I've been on one in Adventureland... But, every day/hour/whatever, they have two familys compete against each other to find the treasure (A go-to-the-front-of-the-line pass was the treasure when I got it)...

Since when does a movie have to be a classic to get a good ride? Song of the South is a pretty crappy movie in my opinion, and yet they built one of Disney's greatest E-Rides based (loosely) on it. That being said, I'd rather see an Incredibles ride before this...they could make a pretty kewl Dash roller coaster...dare to dream.
