We really liked the dinner when we went last time and we are trying lunch this time. My girls loved that they got to meet Beast after dinner. Does he do that for lunch too?

I am pretty sure it is just dinner, but I might be wrong or things might have changed since my last trip.

I don't think it would work capacity-wise at lunch. People obviously spend much more time dining there for dinner than lunch, so the lines would be insane if he was at lunch.

Slightly tangential but related... We were there for dinner in October, finished our meal, and were directed in to the meat-and-greet area. Without exaggeration, the CM handling the experience told us every minute that "the Master" needs to leave in 5 minutes, 4 minutes, ... A whole count down as if we could do anything about the people in front of us. By the time we got to the front of the line, I felt practically frantic to get a quick SUPER quick photo taken so "the Master" could go back to whatever extremely urgent business needed his attention.

She was just trying to avoid disappointment. His business features urination and lasts just a few moments...plenty of trees in New Fantasyland.
