The Empress Lilly is now Fulton's Crab House .I remember when we went to Disney back in 1988 and attended a character breakfast there. I'm not sure but I think that was one of ,if no the only character breakfast offered at that time.

I loved the Empress Lily. I think they had two restaurants. One really nice where you had to have a jacket, and one casual, but equally good food. I was very sad when I went to book there and it was Fulton's Crab House. Not that i have anything against Fulton's. I just wanted the Empress Lily!

Yep -sure do.Ate there a few times when I was a kid.

Fishermans Deck

Steermans Quarters

Empress Room

Baton Rouge Lounge

When I was a kid I hated seafood so I hated going there.

I love Seafood now wish it was still open.

I don't really remember it but we have video of my family eating at the character breakfast there in '87. It's weird seeing us coming off the boat and not much else around us as DTD wasn't really built up yet. I haven't been to Fulton's yet as I'm not a seafood person. Does it look the same inside?

One of my favorite WDW memories is celebrating my birthday on the Empress Lilly back in 1988 during a character breakfast. I remember my brother and I (we're twins) up at the front and everyone singing. Then my hero, Goofy, signed my Goofy hat (which my mom found in her basement recently).

I remember we walked there from our hotel, The Viscount. I also remember walking out of the Empress Lilly and playing on a playground very close nearby.

About a year ago WDW was selling an Empress Lilly pin from the "Remember When" series. It was like $15 and I was on a very tight budget, so I didn't buy it. Neat looking pin.

In October we ate at Fulton's Crab house, a week before my birthday. I realized it had been almost 19 years to the day that I hate eaten there last. Quite a nostalgic moment for me (I know, what a nerd :o).

My Gramma & Grampa ate a nice dinner on the Empress Lilly back in the 80's. They bought a package deal that included passes to MK & Epcot, meals, and a nice room at Poly. I think it was like 4 days. Gramma swears it was the best $800 she ever spent. Whenever she tells me how much she paid it makes me feel like :hurl:. I told her what my last vacation total was then she nearly :hurl:'d. LOL!

I remember my third birthday being celebrated at a character breakfast on the Empress Lilly. In fact, it's my very first memory, period (perhaps that explains a few things :) ). I distinctly remember a Cast Member holding me up in the middle of the room, and announcing that I was turning three that day. Later, my family and I all went outside and took a picture under a Mickey topiary that was nearby. I've got that picture somewhere.
