Chalk up another Cheddar Cheese Soup here...

Although the consistency isn't exactly right, the soup still is gosh darn delicious... Topped with chives... and all that bacon.... Heavenly...

We've also put some ginger roots into the blender along with lots of oil and soy sauce to create the Japanese ginger dressing. I'll tell ya, the recipe we use from Mitsukoshi is dead on... I crave the ginger dressing, and when we make it at home I can't tell the difference between it and the stuff they serve at local Japanese restaurants... :D

We've made the sticky toffee pudding from R&C. I also made the honey lime dressing from Ohana. That stuff came out great. I used it as a veggie dip for my dh's 30th bday party..luau theme.

I have the recipe from the head chef for the O'hana Dinner Show for the Pineapple Coconut Bread. I must say I found a recipe on a site and it was so wrong... This new one from the real chef himself.... OH MY GOD!!! All I'm missing when I cook it is the cute guys in their garb dancing in my kitchen. I love it!:goodnevil

YES!! The Tonga toast (Poly) and the Lobster Soup (Coral Reef) are good but they just don't taste the same without the atmosphere!

WDW Food at home for me.....

Hello Gang,

As far as WDW food at home for me, I LOVE the Grapefruit Cake from the Hollywood Brown Derby Restaurant. I have the recipe and have already had the cake several times here at the house. One year, my mom made it for me for my birthday. It is one of my favorite things to eat when I am down in WDW ;D

Love to make the Canadian Cheese Soup from Le Cellier, the Strawberry Soup from 1900 Park Faire, the Rice Cream from Norway, and the Parmesan Mashed Potatoes from Chef Mickey's. :p
