Hello. 15 year old here. On my choir Disney Trip last April (which is full of high school kids from Freshman to Seniors since the choir class is mixed) we were all excited to see the characters! I remember we saw Mary Poppins, and they were talking and joking about it all day. Even mos tof the Senior boys who were trying to look cool got excited. All of us girls got excited. Maybe it's just cause we're all nerds or something, but no one seemed to really hate it. Children will of course, go through thst phase where they're tooo old to do anything. Eventually they'll grow out of it, most likely. Trust me, when I was around 10 I thought I was too old and too cool to do that. But now as a teen surrounded by a bunch of other teens, we seemed to appeciate it more. It just makes us feel part of the magic, and since a lot of them were senoirs, it was that one time they could let their guard down and act like a little kid before moving on to adulthood soon. Although I have a phobia of fur characters (don't know why) ny excuse is never because I'm too old. (Plus, I have my baby sister who takes after me and absolutely loves Disney and loves to meet the characters to cover me lol)
