Do you think the new Star Wars land or Universal's Nintendo land will be built first?

Disney has bee rumored to be doing a Star Wars land for awhile now.. now today Universal just announced that they will be making Nintendo themed attractions.. which do you think will be done first?

I'm guessing 2017 for Universals Nintendo Land and 2018 for the new Star Wars land.. whats your guess?

Nintendoland.

I am going by the rumors of the WDW version of Star Wars Land not opening before 2020 or 2021. I don't see Universal waiting that long in Orlando for putting Nintendo attractions in at least one of their 2 parks.

I'm not even sure there is a question here. Disney has shown nothing to give me the idea they will build and finish something (that technically hasn't been announced yet) before something that was confirmed. Universal just might have it done before Disney decides to officially announce star wars land. As long as Disney is packing the parks while doing as little as possible, they feel they have no reason to run out and build star wars.

NintendoLand will arrive first. We will hear all the moaning about how guests are flocking to Uni, the news reports will once again broadcast scenes of jam packed lines waiting to get in and Disney will have us waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting....sigh....:(

Nintendo. TWDC can't seem to do anything faster than snails pace in Orlando anymore.
They don't really have to. They move at a snails pace yet people keep showing up in droves, and more importantly, the guys on Wall St are happy. I fully expect more of the same until one or both of those things change.

Indeed. Shame.
I guess. It all depends on your perspective. It stinks for guys like you and me that want to see something new and awesome on a regular basis, but the people that make those decisions financial well being is not based on us. It is based on the stock price and the quarterly report. I doubt they will loose much sleep over you and I being upset as long as the stock price continues to tick upward.

Oh they certainly won't loose sleep. What's sad is it's the company that used to have a reputation for having new and exciting draws always on the horizon. Now it's a trickle of multi year plans that when they finally arrive do so with more of a whimper than a roar in Orlando.

Let's face it, for us the legacy is the draw.

A bit. The biggest draw is all my friends are still there. I could save a ton of cash if you and about 20 others became raging SeaWrold fans.;)
