Do you think I should complain?

I'm not familiar with any email services that store emails solely on the local computer drive and not on the email server. I smell smoke...

Uh every pop3 server... Mail worked predominately this way due to storage limits on the servers. It wasn't until the yahoo/gmail space competition that services started offering basically unlimited server side storage. But again, if you setup to remove the server side copy on download.. You still are limited by retaining your local copy.

With something like Disney.. And everyone being so price sensitive I always recommend triple checking the line items and insist on seeing breakouts or full descriptions on all items in a package. Printouts are helpful for the less techie folks... Heck I often print the stuff just to keep it centralized and handy for others who may not have access to my mail :)

I don't trust anyone but myself :). Then it's easy to find the culprit

Wow!! That just goes to show how great Disney is in the customer service department!! When we went on our last trip, we stayed at WL and the first day we arrived we went to lay my son down for a nap when we heard this pounding noise coming from upstairs. We were later told there was construction in the hotel in the rooms above ours. My husband was very frustrated because one of the reasons we upgraded to the WL was so that we could easily get home from from MK (where we normally are) so my 2 yo could nap everyday, and if this construction was going on that would be impossible. So, he went down to the front desk and asked about the construction. He told them our situation and they offered to move us to any hotel we wanted!!! We would've moved but my family was with us at WL, so we stayed. I don't know what they did about the construction, but we never heard it again. And, when we came back to the room that night after dinner we had a tray of cookies and rice krispie treats in our room from the hotel. It was a really nice gesture!

Help me out here, if tickets were not mentioned at all...what mistake did they make. They put you in for the minimum 2 day ticket and you did not check them until now... So you are lucky I was not running the show... I would tell you that you were SOL, unless you paid the difference. At some point people have to be accountable for themselves.

I would argue and say ... you were in error for right away accusing the Cast member of changing your reservation... you did not even know what you ordered or in this case hadn't ordered. Create some complaint some maybe Disney will cave in and give us something. Sorry, this is just what it seems like to me.

Anyway have fun on your trip.

See now that is something that WDW did that makes sense to me.

Man, sounds like you got lucky to me. You didn't even talk to the representative about tickets, and they gave you 6 day tickets for the price of 2 day because you THOUGHT that was what you had agreed upon?

The Disney people better hope this thread doesn't get too popular or they are going to have a lot of people "THINKING" they had agreed to purchase Annual Passes for 4 day prices.

No in January I book a 6 day park ticket, in July it was changed to two days without my knowledge - they said there was definetely no discussion about tickets, and somehow the girl changed it. I'm not blaming her, anyone could make a typing error. She said she didn't know how that happened. Don't be so mean about geez, it wasn't my fault, even Disney agreed with that. every one makes mistakes. If they would have said they were sorry and I would have to pay that would have been fine, what could I have done? Nothing, they were very nice in giving it to me! Some Disney Magic for me, sorry if everyone doesn't agree or is mad at me. I really just wanted to hear from them if they told me it was a two day ticket or not. My goodness don't jump down my throat.

Enough said, lets talk about something fun!

End of conversation.
