Do they wear crocs?

I am wavering. I really want to buy a pair of crocs for our trip in April but...I am trying to get over the ugly factor. Do you see many adults wearing these "lovely" shoes in the parks?

Sometimes I do see them, but for the most part, not really. Many people wear them to the Water Parks, and espically to Animal Kingdom, because of the long paths and water ride (wet sneakers are never fun).

I think they are cute on some people and in some colors. I bought a black pair last spring then gave them to my little brother because they looked horrible on me

In response to your question about crocs, I wore the thong sandals type every day of my trip. I have plantar fasciitis and could not wear my athletic shoes at all. They saved my trip and were exrtremely comfortable. I don't like the looks of the clog type but love my sandals. My sister bought some for her trip and it was the only shoe either of us took with us. They are also extremely light weight and comfortable. Don't buy the imitation type. They were very uncomfortable. I wore the crocs everyday of a seven day trip.

We were there in June 06 and LOTS of people were wearing them. We (our family of 5) have since all bought a pair or two, or three (lol) and we all wear and love having them. They are great just to keep by the door for a quick slip on, or to walk miles and miles in. Based on our last trip, you will not look silly or out of place wearing them in WDW. We are going back in May and will all take ours.

We have gone every year and I saw more and more people progressively wearing them. When we went last September, they were everywhere! We saw families wearing them. Seriously, it was a Crocs invasion. I love them and will wear them to the parks from now on. I wear them at work where I am on my feet 10+ hours a day. I feel like I am wearing slippers. I find them cute on some people and odd on others. I personally don't care what my shoes look like while at WDW-my feet are ultra comfy! I like the looks of Crocs, though. I just ordered my Disney Crocs and they will be arriving for my trip in May!

I was completely opposed to wearing Crocs. That is, until I tried a pair on, and now I love them! I have a black Mickey pair and a plain brown pair, and I absolutely love them. Buy a neutral pair that you can wear with anything. The crazy colors can be a bit much...

I agree, but the comfort was just too nice to worry about the colors. They are toning them down a bit. Go to www.crocs.com and look at some of the new styles and muted colors.

Just ordered my pair the other night and Dh's last night. We heard so many good things about them, we can't wait to wear them at the park and see for ourselves.

LOL I have the same problem. My BF wears them in the parks all the time and I just can't get past how ugly they are to get a pair. When I finally do, I'll probably get some pink ones...at least the color is pretty! :D
