DME Question re Second Arrival

No problem, you can use DME just like you said. Just make the reservation that way. Make sure they know who is arriving on what day. They need your flight information, anyway.
They do this every day. It might seem new and unusual to you, but it's business as usual for them.

Hey Eric,
I called CRO and DME; apparently the "rules" have changed. She would need to be added to my reservation now (not when she checks in) which is un-doable because she would have to be on the same package as me (MYW + DDP), which of course doesn't make sense since she'll only be there for half the original reservation.
I did speak to a great CM though, and she noted on my reservation that a second guest would be coming on such and such a date. So when she arrives at MCO, she's to go to the Welcome Centre, and a CM there will call the resort to check if she is expected by me, and once confirmed that she is expeced, DME will issue her a special pass.
