Dme information on reservation

I just noticed on my reservation account online it says my flight number for both arrival and departure, it says 12am for times for both arrival and departure... But this is to the case we arrive at 12pm and depart at 4:46pm..the flight numbers are correct but should I contact them in regards to the time??

This was showing up on our online account, too. Contacted my travel agent and she checked... the correct info is in the system. If it is not on your travel documents when you arrive, call immediately to have it corrected.

I thought I read somewhere that they don't even bother with accurate flight times anymore? Too many things go wrong with air travel. DME is just ready to go 24/7 no matter what.

DME and the front desk still use your arrival times. =)

The arrival times are never correct on your paperwork. They go strictly by flight numbers. Things are correct in their system, but they don't show up correctly on your stuff. If you are not sure, feel free to call them and check -- guaranteed they have the correct flight numbers. That is ALL they go by, just flight numbers. Its all computerized at their end.

Hi - I just confirmed this in a previous thread. I confirmed from several Cast Members as well as people on the boards here. And yes, it will only say 12 a.m. They explained that it is because flights can change, even if just by a few minutes, so they have to put a default in so that is 12 am. Just confirm that the flight numbers are accurate. If they are, then you are all set.

My TA told me the same thing, they really just look at the flight number so if those are accurate you will have no problem.
