Where is this?

It's the ramp up to the roof where the Space Mountain entrance is. Right above outside seating for the pizza restaurant. Most people just run up and never take the time to look around. I grew up going to EPCOT in the 80s and it always brings me back to what that felt like. Plus if you listen carefully you can hear some music that was exclusive to WDW's Tomorrowland in the 70s/80s playing around that area. It's such a cool little retro space, I love it!

Yeah DL's tommorowland reminds me of Epcot too (especially now 'cause of EO)

Just looking at the picture brought this question to mind for both Dl and WDW.
Did the Skyway ever have a weight limit per car ??
