Disneyland has its own version of the ring in the pavement like WDW used to have. In case you don't know the legend, WDW's HM had turnstiles removed from its exit years ago, which left what appeared to be the image of a ring embedded in the pavement. If that's what someone pointed out to you, that is. In actuality, it was the remnant of a turnstile and Disney urban legend. I guess DL had the same type, which leaves rings in the ground when removed. DL's turnstiles were sadly removed in the last year, but guess what? We have rings! It's an even trade. While WDW's was eventually paved over and a stupid official ring was placed into the interactive waiting line, it's nice to see the ring living on in the ground in DL's exit crypt as ghoulish laughter from a nearby speaker reaffirms the DL Mansion's ultimate charm.
