When Disney converted Tom Sawyer's Island into Pirates Lair, the added new stuff to the old Injun Joe's cave. Inside the cave, there is a hole that you look in full of treasure. If you stick you hand in the hole, the pirate pops up or a skeleton hand holding an eye ball is seen. Sometimes even the treasure disappears.
