We were trying to keep this 10 year old appropriate, weren't we? Sorry, i'm just in overprotective Aunt Mode. My niece is about the same age.

That was posted over TWO years ago. If it was truly offensive the mods would have deleted it. (We have the best mods.) The title of the thread is "disturbing or strange". My daughter is nine and was younger when she asked what that meant. Instead of being "overprotective" I told her quote "It's an adult thing you don't need to know about now" and we moved on. I didn't explain what was. Honestly unless your niece is totally sheltered from everything in the world, you'd be surprised at what a TEN year old knows and what is being talked about on the playground. Sad but true.

I guess quoting a 2 year old image so it becomes current and more likely to be seen and then saying it shouldn't be seen kinda opened you up to that. Sometimes it's better to just let sleeping dogs lie. You have made the "offending" post far more visible with your protests.
