I was there this morning at about 9:00am and took some pictures. They've taken signs down for Mannequins, 8-Trax, and Motion. The directory has been covered with a promotional poster for the Festival fo the Masters but a map is there. The map still lists Pleasure Island but only notes the restaurants and shops, all clubs have been removed. Not sure how longs that's been there. I'll try and get the pictures posted.

I can make custom shirts at the shop across from LSU, but I could only visit a 1930's gentleman's club at WDW.

Well I too was at Disney this weekend, and did anyone see the pamphlet, I stayed at the Hilton near Sea World and i was just waiting to be checked in when I saw a pamphlet that had the PI logo at the top. and on it it said the stuff that was going to replace what was there. They mentioned shops, restaurants and stuff like that, but they also mentioned an attraction. Does anyone know what that attraction might be, got me awefully curious.....?!?!?!?!?!?
Oh, and WOOHOO, to the people who participated in the Expedition Everest Challenge this weekend.

PI was pretty busy tonight...for all of the clubs being closed. Probably a lot of surprised and upset people. Raglans was the hotspot. Most of the lights were on and it looked business as usual, if you didn't notice the club doors were locked and the outside bars were closed. Here is one pic of the new map.

The realization of PI closing finally kicked in today. My wife and I were talking about going dancing next weekend and we figured we'd go to Mannequins (I WANT THAT DANCE FLOOR IN MY CONDO!!), but when I remembered reading about PI closing - it was quite a tearjerking moment.
I guess time marches on. It'll be interesting to see what goes up in PI's shell. *sigh*

PI references in the Top 7 Video?
Just wondering if Disney updated the Top 7 Video that's looped day in and day out on TV in the hotel rooms took out any PI references?
On a side note - that Disney Top 7 Video was seen while staying at a Homewood Suites on International Drive. So, if you can't get a room on Disney property, check out the hotels on I-drive...you'll still get the Top 7 video.

Hmm... so are they gonna keep the PI name? It would mean they could turn the big neon sign on again.
