What are the chances that Disney World will have some sort of watch party Nov. 12 for The Mandalorian? I might be crazy enough to interrupt my vacation to go watch the episode.

There have been things seen in demos and in the Nederlander preview which isn't on this new list. So, I don't believe this new list is fully comprehensive. Or, it could be that some things are regionally locked for a while.
Disney has said what they announced wasn't everything; there's still more announcements to come. It's just the majority of what's coming, with more to be announced "soon".

Yeah, imagine being that intern told to put together clips from 1,000 films/shows.
Marketing: Is it ready?
Intern: I'm only up to 230.
Marketing: Good enough!

It would also be nice if they included all the shorts featured on "Have a Laugh" (the longer, complete cartoons, obviously, not the truncated versions). A small handful of the shorts on the list from the beta test were included from "Have a Laugh": "The Band Concert", "Lonesome Ghosts", "The Little Whirlwind" and "Chef Donald". There were actually 60 cartoons in all that were featured on "Have a Laugh", which ran from 2009 to 2012, which is actually pretty paltry when you consider the hundreds or so that they had put out over the years. And some of the cartoons featured on the beta version were not included on "Have a Laugh", either, including "Steamboat Willie", "Donald and Pluto", "Modern Inventions", "Lend a Paw" and "Pluto's Christmas Tree".

In any case, for reference, the cartoons that were featured on "Have a Laugh" were as follows (get comfortable, it's a long list):

-Lonesome Ghosts (1937)
-Food For Feudin' (1950)
-Winter Storage (1949)
-How To Hook Up Your Home Theater (2007)
-Early To Bed (1941)
-The Art of Skiing (1941)
-Mickey and the Seal (1948)
-Mr. Mouse Takes a Trip (1940)
-Pluto's Sweater (1949
-Clock Cleaners (1937)
-Mickey's Delayed Date (1947)
-How To Play Baseball (1942)
-Chef Donald (1941)
-Pluto and the Gopher (1950)
-Hawaiian Holiday (1937)
-The Whalers (1938)
-Mickey Down Under (1948)
-Trailer Horn (1950)
-Pluto's Surprise Package (1949)
-How To Swim (1942)
-Polar Trappers (1938)
-Rescue Dog (1947)
-Double Dribble (1946)
-Thru the Mirror (1936)
-Magician Mickey (1937)
-Donald's Tire Trouble (1943)
-Boat Builders (1938)
-Bone Bandit (1948)
-The Simple Things (1953)
-Beach Picnic (1939)
-Mickey's Trailer (1938)
-Pluto's Purchase (1948)
-The Little Whirlwind (1941)
-Tugboat Mickey (1940)
-Mickey's Parrot (1938)
-Society Dog Show (1939)
-How To Play Football (1944)
-Mail Dog (1947)
-Chip an' Dale (1947)
-On Ice (1935)
-The Band Concert (1935)
-Mickey's Polo Team (1936)
-The Hockey Champ (1939)
-How To Fish (1942)
-Pluto's Party (1952)
-Mickey's Rival (1936)
-Moose Hunters (1937)
-Mr. Duck Steps Out (1940)
-The Olympic Champ (1942)
-Canine Caddy (1941)
-The Brave Little Tailor (1938)
-Donald's Golf Game (1938)
-Sea Scouts (1939)
-Tennis Racquet (1949)
-Out of Scale (1951)
-Mickey's Birthday Party (1942)
-All In a Nutshell (1949)
-Corn Chips (1951)
-Good Scouts (1938)
-How To Play Golf (1944)

(Whew!) Okay, new paragraph... Incidentally, some of the above shorts were included on the Disney Vault program blocks on TCM, along with numerous Silly Symphony cartoons. In addition to "Flowers and Trees" and "The Three Little Pigs", which were featured in the beta version, the Disney Vault block had included the following Silly Symphony cartoons:

-Santa's Workshop (1932)
-Babes In the Woods (1932)
-The Three Little Pigs (1933)
-The Big Bad Wolf (1934)
-The Three Little Wolves (1936)
-The Old Mill (1937)
-The Grasshopper and the Ants (1934)
-Merbabies (1938)
-Flowers and Trees (1932)
-Old King Cole (1933)
-The Pied Piper (1933)
-The Tortoise and the Hare (1935)
-The Ugly Duckling (1939)
-The Golden Touch (1935)
-Elmer Elephant (1936)
-The Country Cousin (1936)
-The Robber Kitten (1935)

Two shorts on the beta list, "The Skeleton Dance" and "The Wise Little Hen", were never featured on the Disney Vault block, however.

Anyway, those are my hopes for the shorts included on Disney Plus. I hope they include at least a few of them, if not more.

I’ve honestly wanted to see both “So Dear To My Heart” and “Summer Magic” for ages now because of the parks history connections. And neither is on the new list. So I’m still a little flummoxed.
They could be possibly added later, or part of a package, like they have short cartoons listed, but not each and every cartoon.

That list of cartoons above was taken from "Have a Laugh". A very, VERY small handful was seen on the Disney Plus beta test.
Oh thank you. I really like the shorts. I know they are to feature the new renditions of cartoons, and it seems they will have the older Ducktales. I'm glad they have some of the Goofy instructional toons. I love those. The animation is genius.

I think Mickey wears complete, unedited cartoon shorts...

I am talking about the cartoons themselves, not what clothes the characters wear! Can we please get back to discussing the content (or possibly lack thereof) of this streaming service and dispense with the jokes and sarcasm?

Someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. Lighten up, its not that serious.

We'll all find out in one month what will be available on the service. But yes my bet is they will have the longer versions of the classic Disney cartoons.

My house will be crowded on that night, I know it- a lot of curious family members.

A month tomorrow Disney+ launches here in NZ. All though we'll miss the Mandalorian premiere since the service goes live here on Nov 19th. We'll get two episodes of the Mandalorian to binge on launch day. Exciting stuff! And Jedi Fallen Order the week before. TROS in December. Star Wars is back yo.

I hope that's the case, particularly since the "Have a Laugh" DVDs wisely contained the complete cartoons as well as the shorter edits.
I don't see why they wouldn't have the full length versions. The shorter versions were so they could show them on the Disney Channel in-between other programs to fill time gaps.

I'll just be happy if they have all the original shorts on the platform at all. There are some I believe that have been lost to time and have been stuck in the archives.
