I'm still of the opinion that they will merge. As we saw they added Star as a vertical into D+, which is what I predicted would happen with Hulu eventually. So longer term (like in 2024 when Disney purchases the rest of Hulu) a merger of Hulu and Star is possible, or more precisely Hulu will just be renamed Star in the US.
