So the question is will Disney's Direct to Consumer and International Division pass Netflix in quarterly revenue.

First we have to review the various services and where they are. Disney Plus Star is Canada, Europe, the Middle east and Africa. Disney+ Hotstar is in Asia, two services in Latin America, Star+ and Disney+. The USA will have Disney+, Hulu, and Espn+ but ESPN+ can also be within Hulu. So with those streaming services and what was shown, Disney's Direct to Consumer and International Division should continue it's crazy growth and pass Netflix in quarterly revenue in 2022. The mistake most people make is they only look at Disney+ and ignore the reason Disney purchased Fox, It was for Star.
