You’re slowly making me reconsider my determination to wait for a vaccine. :D

How about the other side of the street :)

The front half of the Studios might be the most underrated entrance at any Disney park. The low crowds show how beautiful the Hollywood “MSUSA” area truly is.
While it wasn't the original intent, I've made the case that Hollywood Boulevard to Sunset Boulevard is designed as a setup to Tower of Terror. The placemaking there is as good as anything Disney has ever done.

Now that the Great Movie Ride is gone, you’re right.

They got to about ~82 yesterday. They stopped calling around 7:10 so that may have been everything they issued for the day. Unsure on number per group.

Hours 10-8.
So if they're getting to 82 and have like 1/3 capacity (assuming average party is 3) these groups must be tiny. Definitely never got to group 240 pre-covid.

This is lovely. It’s also the closest we’ll ever get to the plans for a 1920s-themed MSUSA in DL Paris.
^This - to anyone who thinks Iger was creatively better for the company than Eisner was, there was never a single moment in Iger's tenure where building something like the above would have come anywhere near the realm of possibility. With Eisner it was a legitimate plan - even one on which he regretted getting cold feet.

And even then, the Plan B he enacted was building the absolute best version of classic Main Street on the planet. Meanwhile Hong Kong gets a watered down version of DL's Main Street and Shanghai gets whatever the heck Mickey Avenue is . . . The wheels fell off on Eisner's reign, but Iger treated genuine creativity like it was dead weight and left it behind. So much so that it's almost impossible to imagine Disney ever building something like Hollywood Boulevard again, let alone a jazzy, 1920's Main Street. What a genuine and absolute shame.

But I've veered perhaps too far off topic!

Have they ever reached BG 240? At least in DHS, the highest it’s ever been was around 200 on New Years Eve when they were opened til midnight. DL could be a different story since they’re usually open later than DHS.
