Aqua Bay is Released In Full Detail

GLC (June12, 2015)- as you all know Aqua Bay is a new land never before seen at a disney park and it will be appearing at Disneyland Virginia in 2020. This is going to be a very liezurful land, very relaxing you will think your in paridise. There will be coves everywhere, waterfalls, a large lighthouse, and a huge cargo bay dock with a boarding summerine( this will be where 20K is located). There will also be a cool looking futuristic weather center in the area (this is where Storm Chasers is located), one of the coves will be very big and it will be where all of the little mermaid attractions are, it will be a very themed cove in the center of the land . guests will be amazed. It will also be a good spot to be when it is raining. There will also be another cove with a darkride inside of it called Rescue Lilo. And at nighttime Aqua Bay will be rockin with the lighthouse that lights it up nightly, it will have a nighttime dinner hawaiin Luoa, Stitch will be here too. So we are very excited about this new land. Construction on it has started you can start to see the rocky hills forming where the coves will be, and also the lighthouse is coming up very fast. stay tuned for further updates.

well i was looking through the idea fourm that is on the imagineering section and i found your civilization park.
I thought it was cool but can use some work.

mabe after this you can start working on this park for a second or third park.




If you want to start a thread like meeko did about that group project. I'll help wih the parks and hotels.

Yes i am thinking about a Finding Nemo attraction for phase 2, it will be a high speed dark ride but kids could still enjoy it where you ride on Crush's shell through the EAC (East Austrailan Current), umm thats all i have now the details are still very sketchy

And yes i was thinin about Disney Civilizations for my 3rd park but i killed that idea like back in January, i just never really got the vibe of the theme but it could still be resurected sometime. But Imagineerfan 04, i would be glad for u to do hotels i have 3 in the works here are the names The Seabreeze Inn (beach house theme), Grand American phase 2 of the resort when Disney's America my 2nd park opens, and the 3rd hotel will be a Wild West Hotel havnt thought of a name yet, could you please do hotels this is one of my week points

The wild wild west hotel can be a dood ranch with horses and other things based on the american south west. Even a show could go here. like a shoot out or a bandit chase that is funny.

Well james4023464 hotels aren't my strong point ethier but i'll try.

The hotel i'm working on right now is a Grand Virginan resort and spa.It will be based on colonial williamsburg, Vigina

Sorry i forgot to post something. I'm also working on a Hawiian resort. in the center of the hotel will be a volcano (like the geyser at a the willderness lodge),around the valcano will be a little snorkleing pool with tropical fish and a place to have a laue(not quite sure how to spell it) there will also be tropical trees with tropical birds. the front lobby will look like a huge hut the rooms then go around the courtyard were the valcano is. there are also single family huts for people not wanting to stay in the main building. The pool will be a one of those pools were th water looks like it's going over a cliff. In the pool there will be a cave with the hot tub.There will also be a few slides. there is also one of those surfing rides like they have at schlitterbahn.

I thought of a name for the wild west hotel it can be called Thunder Mountain Ranch.

While i understand the absurdity of this thread, I live 8 miles north of the proposed park location, at Rts 15 & I 66.

Would you like to know what's here now and has happened since disney pulled out?

Well... a McDonalds was just built, as well as a food lion. New homes are popping up everywhere. A new elementry and high school are being built. 4 new traffic lights have been put in and there's more traffic then you can shake a stick at.

All the bad things that people said would happen if Disney came, well, it happened. But worse. Traffic is backed up for miles on I66 - on a NORMAL day. Why? New homes. No new roads. No new jobs. Increased Unemployment. The way of life of the locals is going away quickly... all at the expense of unchecked growth and the continuing kickbacks to county supervisors.

Insane.....
