We are considering switching Rainforest Cafe out for lunch at Red Rose Tavern, but aren't sure of that. As for Carthay Circle, we debated Carthay or Steakhouse 55 and decided on Steakhouse 55. No room for the budget of both of those, and we would like to do Steakhouse 55 more.

Good call if you switch for Red Rose IMO, you’ll definitely save $$$ and not waste time out in DD.

Can’t go wrong with 55. I would say that Carthay is a more ‘Disney’ experience as far as ambience goes though even if the food isn’t quite as good as 55 (honestly comes down to personal opinion and how much you like steak). 55 interior is classy, but ultimately a steakhouse while Carthay brings the Disney WOW factor. You’ll be good either way though!
