Of course! It would be just like Starbucks at the US ParksWell, you'd better at least put a Tim Horton's on your Main Street, otherwise you'll have a lot of irate Canadians! This would be a mistake like Disneyland Paris not serving wine.

Thank you so much!I'm enjoying this write up, particularly how you are using images.
It looks good as for the fireworks to be honest I think it should be something more original to it’s park. Plus doesn’t the show also include fountains, mist projections, and fire?
Hey if you want to create a whole new firework show then go ahead and post it somewhere on this forum. As for my park, I think Happily Ever After is a perfect show and the only thing I would change is the Pirates of the Caribbean section. I don't think the park necessarily needs an original show, many Disney parks have shared entertainment throughout the years for example the Once Upon a Time fireworks at Magic Kingdom originally came from Tokyo Disneyland. It looks good as for the fireworks to be honest I think it should be something more original to it’s park. Why is everyone so hung up on real world logic? Acting like this park is actually going to get built It's just a bit of funWould fireworks be wise in a snowy mountainous environment at all? They could cause avalanches!
Probably not Rutt and Tuke but definitely Koda and Kenai as well as Duke CaboomWould your park include the three Disney characters (that I can think of) who are recognizably Canadian?

The Victoria area is about as mountainous as Anaheim... you can see mountains off in the distance sometimes, but none near the city.Would fireworks be wise in a snowy mountainous environment at all? They could cause avalanches!
No, there will be no 20th Century Studios IPs in the parks apart from one of my parks, which I will reveal later on. You'll have to wait and see.As for the fountains, mist projections, and fire? Since Disney owns 20th Century Studios will their be any of the IPs in Happily Ever After like Anastasia with Once Upon a December?

The layout of this land is very similar to that of New Fantasyland however the films featured would be different.

As you enter through the forest of trees, you will come across The Seven Dwarfs’ cottage. This is the queue for the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train ride as seen in many other parks across the world. Here you will clamber into a rustic mine train and make your way up an age-old mountain. At the summit, feel the wind across your face as you navigate hairpin turns and head deep into the mine shaft—your creaky cart teetering back and forth. Soon, the darkness begins to sparkle with glittering jewels and you encounter the Seven Dwarfs, whistling and singing while they work.

Following on from this, you will see Aurora’s cottage. Inside is Fauna’s failed birthday cake and Flora’s dress she made for Aurora. Once you pass through the cottage, you will follow the path until you reach a mysterious cave which is home to Maleficent in her dragon form (like the dragon in Disneyland Paris). After this you are given the option to leave the walkthrough or enter a maze of thorns.

We then reach Tangled: Lantern Festival. This slow-moving boat ride features all your favourite moments from the film Tangled with backward and forward plunges down short waterfalls. Once you exit the ride, you will enter the kingdom of Corona which is celebrating the anniversary of the lost princess returning. You can see more concept art here: http://www.pizarroscenicdesign.com/tangled-ride.html# (however this would not be a retheme of Splash Mountain, it would be similar to Frozen Ever After)

As you head deeper into the forest, things become a bit darker as you stumble across the Snuggly Duckling. This tavern is home to ruffians and thugs with big dreams who welcome you and invite you to enjoy a meal or drink.

Further along the path, you then reach the DunBroch training grounds where young warriors can train and compete in The Highland Games. This playground allows children to learn skills of agility, strength, and speed. They may also wish to take part in a series of small trials including archery and beanbag toss, resulting in them winning prizes such as stickers.

You can meet Aurora and Prince Phillip outside of her cottage, as you also can with Snow White and Prince Florian. Rapunzel and Flynn Rider meet in the courtyard of Corona. As for Merida, she meets inside an ancient castle ruin, decorated with the flags of many Scottish clans.
