There was a small black bear spotted around the All Star Resorts recently.

So what does Disney do? I have never seen something like this before. I’ve seen gator incidents (have had one knock on my glass door before) resolved by gator trappers. But I don’t know of any bear trappers in Florida? I would hope they can save the animal, but would they have to hunt it? Maybe tranquilize it and drag it out? Any ideas?

Florida wildlife commission will be contacted and the bear will be tranquilizer and moved. They deal with these bear encounters in neighborhoods frequently and no bear is killed unless there is an attack.

We live about a mile from the MK and we had several bear encounters in our neighborhood a few months ago. My Wife's response to todays news was "ah the bear made it over there". When we kept seeing them around us, we both said it was only a matter of time it showed up on property.
