Yes. Problem with Orlando is affordable housing which is an issue in many places in the country. Disney is also creating affordable housing so they are trying to correct thinks which helps with their own labor shortage.

Because Orlando is already a 30 mile sprawl of badly constructed houses and apartments run by cutthroats to service a low paid workforce.

I Love affordable housing…it’s really a no brainer
The problem is how it’s operated…which is bad in that town.
Rent outpaces compensation. The term “affordable” is ambiguous in even in northern states. Let alone that circus
