Disney Without Our Kids.

I am happy for all of you that can go without your kids and truly enjoy it. I just can't imagine going without my kids and my grandkids.

The joy I see in how much fun they are having is priceless to me. Just wouldn't be the same without all of them. Besides if they weren't with me I would be thinking of them.

I take my kids on Disney trips a lot, so I feel no guilt about leaving them behind occasionally. They're already super spoiled vacation-wise; they'll live.

I just booked my next WDW trip the other day and told the relative going with me that it had to take place before school let out, specifically because I didn't want to have to bring the kids along. :hilarious:

We will still take our kids in the summer. But really enjoyed the time alone on the shorter trip.

I had kids so that I could be with them. Enjoy life with them. Not to get away from them. My children are amazing, and will make the world a better place.

I have no need, or want, to escape my kids, to a place they would love, for my own private enjoyment.

There will be plenty of time for that after they are moved out, and have their own lives.

Unless of course I can talk them into coming with us as adults! Pretty sure I can make that happen. Free WDW trip! Who would turn that down?
