Looks like the only way to run will be through one of the listed charities. Appears runDisney no longer requires tickets and room as part of registering through a charity.

Probably not, unless charities return bibs. This is a pretty popular weekend and with Galaxy's Edge open by then, runners are probably anticipating the Half course may run through it.

@LAKid53 - no extra fees! It was $977 for my room (AS Music standard) which is the "normal" rate & $347 for the challenge bib which is what it costs on rD.com
