Disney Weather....

has anyone been to WDW this past week? If so,how was the weather? I leave on monday, the 25th and the weathwer forecast for the entire week i'm there looks like it'll be rainy. I hope this is not the case. But just in case it is....i have my trusty umbrella ready for action.....i will not let the rain stop me.

I spoke with reservations yesterday at SoG and I asked how was the weather and she told me it was beautiful, one of those really great days in Florida, not too humid, not to hot and really pleasant. :dazzle: Being married to a weather man, it is one of the main topics of discussion in my house, plus my umbrella is not far out of reach. I saw for next week it is only a 30% chaince of rain, now here is South Mississippi a 30% chance of rain means either no rain or very few scattered showers. If it is above 50% then I carry my umbrella. So you have the right idea carry your rain gear and enjoy yourself, go ride PotC and have a Dole Whip for me!!!

We also don't let the rain bother us while we are there, we carry our packable ponchos with us. I have one that folds into itself and actuall looks like a waist pouch.

i live in orlando and the weather is actually pretty nice right now...the temp. has gotten a little cooler but it still is a little humid. it hasnt rained that bad lately either. i personally think the weather is nice for disney.

I was at the world all last week, and the weather was fanstastic, a couple of slight showers/storms in the afternoon, but they where over quick enough.

In all the time we have been going to WDW it has rained every once in awhile, it was a short rain shower. We don't really mind, hey we're on vacation, and yes I know it's called the sunshine state, but it's gotta rain sometime.

thanks guys....i have 34 hours left to go until we leave for our 6 hour drive down to WDW. Cannot wait....the weather forecast predicted for next week is no more than 30%....which pretty much means no rain if very little....so should be a great time.
