Genuinely curious, what is a gender-inclusive hairstyle?

I think it’s fancy speak for just letting cast members wear their hair whatever way they choose, moving away from the more strict rules that actually already been loosening over time.

BTW, it sounds nice to use words like inclusive, but the fact is, the front line cast member jobs are some the worst, low paying ones, so they can’t limit their applicants by forcing them to conform to silky hairstyle rules Walt came up with some 66 years ago..
