Disney University or Team Disney?

Well image CM at TDS here in DirtyJersey and am having major problems booking my trip in December. Let me start off by saying that ever since Disney outsourced CM reservations it has been a nightmare.

They tell me that I have to book through the online hub now and my DM can set it up. This isn't true because I talked to my DM and she said that it's not. So when I go down to WDW on 2 weeks I have to go to either Disney University behind MK or Team Disney near DTD.

1. Can I walk to DU if not how do I get there?
2.where exactly is Team Disney?
3. Which of the two is better for me to set up my hub access?

If you have a car you can get to DU by driving past the Contemporary/MK on World Dr. and taking a right at the first stop sign. You'll see DU on the right.

Team Disney is the big ugly building across from DTD.

Tell me about it, because my DH uses a wheelchair and has great difficulty getting an accessable room, as they keep telling him he has to book it on the hub - which is fine except you can't book a disabled room on the hub. :brick:

If you are walking anywhere, go to the one at Team Disney. It is across the street from Downtown Disney and will be much easier to get to than the one at DU. The DU location is in the back of the MK and is still quite a distance after you go past the contemporary. Here is a picture of TDO so you know what you are looking for:

Team Disney is actually a corporate building where mostly lots of finance people are. I've talked to a few CMs who work there.
