Disney Transportation Question for Non-Guests

Technically yes, but I dare say hardly anyone was asked to show a ticket of any sort to board any monorail or ferry.
Yes, that is my recollection of it as well. Tell me, did you show a ticket at the TTC so that once you were past that point, it was all covered. I don't remember if they entrance of MK had a ticket entrance or not. Seem like they wouldn't have needed it if you were cleared at TTC. Adding the bus stops to the MK side of the lagoon would have made that necessary at the MK gate instead. Might have been there anyway, I just don't' remember.

As far as I recall you didn't show until you got to the park gate.

There were cast members posted at the TTC at the entrance ramp to the monorail and at the ferry dock. You would hold up your ticket and they would smile and wave you through. Your ticket wasn't actually stamped until you got to the park entrance. Similarly, the bus drivers and boat captains were supposed to check for a ticket. Some did and some did not. This was the case from at least the late 80's until the early 90's.

Of course you can. Disney transport is for everyone to use. Only thing not allowed is to park if you would be in a car at DS to avoid paying parking at the parks etc. But what you want to do is perfectly fine. :)
You would have to show me where it is stated you have to move your car from Disney Springs in order to go visit a park
I know it is stated you cant leave it at a hotel....but nothing about Disney Springs...anywhere

So true but now, no one checks. So back to the question that started this thread, yes she can park at DS and grab a bus to a resort and then grab another bus, monorail or boat to a park. An easier way might be to walk from DS to SS and grab a bus directly from there to any park. Or, even grab a boat from DS to PO and then a direct bus from there to any park.
